Building installable font files

Run `make`. You should see green stuff and some "OK" messages.
The build process requires FontForge with python scripting support,
`ttfautohint`, `sfnt2woff` (from the `woff-tools` package on Ubuntu) and
`ttf2eot`, for example from [this
