Il pacchetto texlive-lang-italian è installato. Forse è il mio setup poco CTAN e tanto apt-get

Workaround: levare "lang: italian" dallo yalm di book.md e funziona, ma si ottiene un PDF in inglese. Cioé "Contents" invece di "Index". Acc.
