If run in a pipe, it uses `stdin` as input:

Note that (at least on alacritty) the ttymouse=sgr workaround does not
work:

```vim
if has('mouse_sgr') " fixes unclickable panes after a specific column (~220?)

    set ttymouse=xterm2

```
