The random meeting happening, the walking <span class="anchor" id="line-20"></span>to the lake and the amazing sky. <span class="anchor" id="line-21"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-22"></span><p class="line874">We are also very grateful to Tarnac for this amazing place and to get <span class="anchor" id="line-23"></span>hosted there and being able to change, move, create things during the <span class="anchor" id="line-24"></span>event. The contamination of wisdom was quite good and we think we want <span class="anchor" id="line-25"></span>to repeat the THK in 2 years. <span class="anchor" id="line-26"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-27"></span><p class="line874">There's desire to keep on this movment of tech, politics, action and <span class="anchor" id="line-28"></span>sociality together and stay in touch even after the thk. <span class="anchor" id="line-29"></span>We can use the ML and the IRC <span class="anchor" id="line-30"></span>irc.autistici.org have a channel #thk feel free to join it! <span class="anchor" id="line-31"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-32"></span><p class="line874">The location is the main topic if we want to repeat the THK. <span class="anchor" id="line-33"></span>Someone said the location was a bit difficult to reach and propose to do <span class="anchor" id="line-34"></span>something easier for next time to find group of van going together or to <span class="anchor" id="line-35"></span>facilitate this in some way. <span class="anchor" id="line-36"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-37"></span><p class="line874">Everybody who want this event to happen again is free to check, ask and <span class="anchor" id="line-38"></span>suggest possible location for the next THK, the ML is the point where we <span class="anchor" id="line-39"></span>will discuss and decide how to organize to to a pre-meeting like how we <span class="anchor" id="line-40"></span>did in Tarnac, so everybody feel free to send your suggestions for the <span class="anchor" id="line-41"></span>location. <span class="anchor" id="line-42"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-43"></span><p class="line874"># Economy <span class="anchor" id="line-44"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-45"></span><p class="line874">The THK was quite good and we get 1000€ from infopoint, bar and offers <span class="anchor" id="line-46"></span>the italian and Iberian hackmeeting helped donating: <span class="anchor" id="line-47"></span>- 500€ hackmeeting Italy <span class="anchor" id="line-48"></span>- 500€ hackmeeting Spain <span class="anchor" id="line-49"></span>with this money we were able to setup the electricity for the event, <span class="anchor" id="line-50"></span>setup a mesh network and prepare food before and after the event for <span class="anchor" id="line-51"></span>~30ppl, so thank you very much to everybody. <span class="anchor" id="line-52"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-53"></span><p class="line874">from the 1000€ we decided to split this and give 500 for the Tarnac's <span class="anchor" id="line-54"></span>kitchen and the other half to give to some project who participate <span class="anchor" id="line-55"></span>during the THK if they need it for their next project. <span class="anchor" id="line-56"></span>We decide to not stay with any money as the next event is in (at least) <span class="anchor" id="line-57"></span>2years and doesn't make sense to hold this money. <span class="anchor" id="line-58"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-59"></span><p class="line874"># Kitchen <span class="anchor" id="line-60"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-61"></span><p class="line874">the dishes and food during the event was great! <span class="anchor" id="line-62"></span>the food was amazing and the people who dedicate these days to cook for <span class="anchor" id="line-63"></span>this incredible dishes will be remembered as creative vegan visionaries. <span class="anchor" id="line-64"></span>But most of us miss the idea to go in the kitchen use this space as part <span class="anchor" id="line-65"></span>of the autonomous organization, so for the next THK we want to be able <span class="anchor" id="line-66"></span>to use the kitchen, for example, if the italians want to cook a pasta <span class="anchor" id="line-67"></span>with garlic and pepper-oil at midnight! Or if someone miss the dinner <span class="anchor" id="line-68"></span>and want to prepare something quick later this should be easy to do. <span class="anchor" id="line-69"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-70"></span><p class="line874">The security and where to pay was not too clear and someone may have use <span class="anchor" id="line-71"></span>this disorganization/exploit to eat for free, some people are ok with <span class="anchor" id="line-72"></span>that. Most of the people pay 10€/day at the infopoint and go to eat or <span class="anchor" id="line-73"></span>5€ per meal directly in the kitchen. <span class="anchor" id="line-74"></span>The shitfs and the auto.org didn't work in the Kitchen as the ppl from <span class="anchor" id="line-75"></span>Tarnac cook for us. This is ok for this time, but next time we want to <span class="anchor" id="line-76"></span>be able to use the kitchen and organize ourselves <span class="anchor" id="line-77"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-78"></span><p class="line874"># Awareness Team report <span class="anchor" id="line-79"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-80"></span><p class="line874">The awareness team group spontaneously auto-generated itself during the <span class="anchor" id="line-81"></span>4 days of thk and propose a meeting in the morning before the main <span class="anchor" id="line-82"></span>assembly to discuss of harassment, gender issue and group support. <span class="anchor" id="line-83"></span>During the main assembly in the morning the awarness team introduced the <span class="anchor" id="line-84"></span>idea to have a team of persons able to listen and support people who <span class="anchor" id="line-85"></span>need to talk during the event, with no power to use violence or kick out <span class="anchor" id="line-86"></span>persons, but with the idea to help if something happen identify a group <span class="anchor" id="line-87"></span>of people who can talk and help to resolve the situation. <span class="anchor" id="line-88"></span>Members of the awareness team propose some session and were part of the <span class="anchor" id="line-89"></span>organization, the event, the party at night and we are happy to say <span class="anchor" id="line-90"></span>nothing happened during thk which require a report. <span class="anchor" id="line-91"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-92"></span><p class="line874">for more info about the awareness team we created this: <span class="anchor" id="line-93"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-94"></span><ul><li style="list-style-type:none"><p class="line891"><a class="https" href="https://trans.hackmeeting.org/fiki/index.php?title=Volunteer_Teams#AWARENESS_TEAM">https://trans.hackmeeting.org/fiki/index.php?title=Volunteer_Teams#AWARENESS_TEAM</a> <span class="anchor" id="line-95"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-96"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-97"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-98"></span></li></ul><p class="line874"># Retrospective <span class="anchor" id="line-99"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-100"></span><p class="line874">- gender balance for the nodes <span class="anchor" id="line-101"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-102"></span><p class="line874">the thk was mostly man providing nodes, we want this to be more gender <span class="anchor" id="line-103"></span>inclusive for the next time. To do this someone propose to improve the <span class="anchor" id="line-104"></span>call-for-nodes underlining the importance of woman participation <span class="anchor" id="line-105"></span>Anyway there are some good feedback for the event: <span class="anchor" id="line-106"></span>"it's cool as many women participated to the event, is still not <span class="anchor" id="line-107"></span>balanced, but is better and safer then any other tech-meeting or <span class="anchor" id="line-108"></span>hackmeetings" <span class="anchor" id="line-109"></span>There some work on the next year to do to be inclusive about feminist <span class="anchor" id="line-110"></span>talk and no mixt nodes for any gender (not only women) <span class="anchor" id="line-111"></span>In the same time have been pointed out how man should respect the time <span class="anchor" id="line-112"></span>to talk in order to create a fluid conversation and discussion. <span class="anchor" id="line-113"></span><span class="anchor" id="line-114"></span><p class="line874">another observation was that the THK was mostly white people. We want <span class="anchor" id="line-115"></span>this event to have many colors, culture and this means working on <span class="anchor" id="line-116"></span>reaching different group in the tech struggle we face. <span class="anchor" id="line-117"></span>We think we can improve our way to outreach using the ML as aggregated <span class="anchor" id="line-118"></span>point where to send information and propose to other group to subscribe <span class="anchor" id="line-119"></span>here to get in touch, in the meanwhile we think we need to talk more <span class="anchor" id="line-120"></span>about different issue we completely miss during the thk.
