Collegato via USB al Pc, dopo tre secondi la Q2N si spegne (gracefully) con il messaggio: "Goodbye see you".

Aggiornamento firmware: (hai visto mai) da 1.10 a 1.11 --> aggiornamento firmware successo, ma non cambia le cose (si spegne dopo pochi secondi).

Aggiornamento: Corrispondenza email con la Zoom inc. - Aprile 2021

Dear Zoom, my Zoom Q2N is unable to work in webcam mode with GNU/Linux OS.

Risposta stesso giorno:

Hello, Zoom products are not compatible with Linux based operating systems.

(Tra le righe: Ma chi sei, cosa vuoi, chi ti conosce. Vai via.)

Workaround: per tenere accesa la telecamera:

apt install v4l2ucp
v4l2ucp &

Fino a che la finestra di v4l2ucp resta aperta, la telecamera non si spegne. (Grazie, Lobo!)

p.s. Si può usare anche qv4l2.
