RnM episodes downloader

To download all RnM episodes run fetch.sh:

$ ./fetch.sh

Episodes will be saved with the name pattern s[season]e[episode].mp4 in the same directory the script is run from.

Note that curl will generate a temporary file such as v.mp4/v.mp4.1...n so you might want to open that one to get a preview of the episode currently downloading.
